The challenge:
A leading railway engineering consortium selected interprofils as its sole recruitment partner to search and select the entire rolling stock project team, provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking.

Our Approach:
Interprofils managed the full hiring cycle using its local market expertise; In addition to meeting short-listed candidates and supervising the initial interview processes, Interprofils manages all pre-employment screening for the client, including psychometric and technical testing, ID and reference checks.

The Results:
interprofils has recruited over 30 junior and senior professionals for the client within contractual deadlines for this landmark project, along with providing pre-employment support. All tthe recruitments were delivered at various milestones deadlines over a 4 year period.
Salary benchmarking has allowed the client to estimate an average salary for each role identified; the metro is operational and serving the mobility needs of 100 000 users daily in the capital. This project is one of our greatest source of pride. A 100% Algerian workforce; The success of this assignment led to a new collaboration for the selection of maintenance and warranty engineers for Diesel locomotives contract.
Algiers metro was the first metro in Africa began operations on 1st November 2011.

The challenge:
A leading European bank and one of the largest financial services groups in Europe decided to enter the booming consumer credit market in Algeria. Interprofils was selected as the sole firm to hire the entire team (finance director, credit analyst, in-house lawyer, sales team, back office and support team).

Our Approach:
Working closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Director our shortlisted candidates were then tested around their sales and technical abilities where we asked candidates to highlight results and achievements. interprofils used their extensive network and rigorous mapping methodologies to identify and connect with key priority candidates based in the local Algiers area. We also made contact with talent recommended to us from further afield.

The Results:
Inteprofils recruited a team of 8 professionals allowing the bank to launch its operations in Tixeraine suburb or Algiers; The client was able to launch its operations and capture the growth; the hired candidates support the firm s growth.

Case Study 3

The challenge:
A Global FMCG company with a workforce of 1200 employees in Algeria across three manufacturing sites was seeking to hire its next CFO  in a period of restructuring and heightened competition; in addition to the relevant experience and knowledge og IFRS, US GAAP and language skills, The client was also seeking a candidate with experience with their ERP.

Our Approach:
Leveraging our local market knowledge and expertise of our consultant on our market mapping techniques and our expert consultant we selected a short-list meeting key requirements; networked to identify hidden talent, resulting in numerous recommendations and ultimately a shortlist of candidates who were considered to be exceptionally talented and would fit well with the client’s culture.

The Results:
The client was delighted with the result and following a carefully managed process, the successful candidate joined their business at the end of his leaving notice period. Since joining we have received feedback that he has made an impressive impact on the bottomline in a 7-year run with our client.
